We are a small, family-owned business. Our online store is designed to support the business revenue in a VERY small way. For this reason, our official policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges is extremely limited. 

  • Gift cards are non-refundable & non-returnable.
  • Merchandise is generally non-refundable & non-returnable. If the item you ordered is damaged or incorrect upon receipt of shipment, contact us directly at bo@portage.coffee and we will try to make things right for you.
